Refund Policy

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you make a purchase for online training on Edveon, you agree to our Privacy PolicyTerms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

Refunds may be issued only under certain circumstances

  1. Refund request must be raised within 7 days of purchase
  2. Refund request must be raised within a day of starting the course
  3. Refund requests will not be accepted if any content has been downloaded from the Edveon learning portal

Refund request Initiation

  1. All refund requests have to reach support@edveon.com through mail.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

In case of any duplicate payment made by the user, refund of the duplicate payment will be issued using the same payment method. The refund will be issued within 10 working days post intimation by the user.

Edveon reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Edveon.
